When Laurier LaPierre was named to the Senate many years ago, it ensured that the former Vancouver journalist's financial woes were over forever.
Pat Carney is another former journalist who made it to the Senate. However, she quit her career at the Vancouver Sun and moved into electoral politics long before her leap into one of the most cushy jobs in the country.
In recent years, many more media people have won the equivalent of the lottery by being named to the upper chamber. Former Montreal Gazette editor Joan Fraser is just one of a wave of appointments in recent years.
Jean Chretien put her in the Senate in 1998 after Conrad Black's company fired her. Chretien also named Jim Munson, a former CTV reporter, to the Senate. First, Chretien hired him as a press secretary—after he was cut loose from CTV—before giving him the ultimate political reward.
Harper has named Pamela Wallin (who spent time in between journalism and the Senate as a diplomat in New York), former CTV talk-show host Mike Duffy, and, yesterday, former National Post columnist Linda Frum Sokolowski to the Senate. Sokolowski's brother is David Frum, a former George W. Bush speechwriter.
Duff Conacher at Democracy Watch has criticized what he calls the "revolving door". This is when political aides and politicians become lobbyists on behalf of special interests shortly after leaving government.
The problem with the revolving door is that it creates an incentive for politicians and political aides to try to curry favour with those special interests. They know that if they play their cards right, they won't have to worry about finding employment when their government service ends.
Now, we're in the strange situation of having a revolving door for journalists. If they don't step on too many toes, they know they might be in a position to land in the Senate, thanks to the actions of recent prime ministers.
I have no doubt that some of these former journalists are excellent senators. LaPierre and Carney both worked exceptionally hard during their tenure. That's not the point. The issue is the revolving door—and how prime ministers are creating incentives for some journalists to suck up to them. It's got to stop.

.Stephen Harper says journalists on Parliament Hill are biased against his government and have decided to become the opposition to his Conservative administration.
So he'll be avoiding them.
Mr. Harper has outlined two complaints.
First, he told a London, Ont., TV station Wednesday that he is having more problems with reporters in the capital than a Liberal prime minister would never face.
Second, the Parliamentary Press Gallery has "unfortunately . . . taken the view they are going to be the opposition to the government," Mr. Harper told London's A-Channel.
So Mr. Harper said he will take his message out on the road and deal with the less-hostile local media.
The prime minister was pressed on the issue again yesterday in Vancouver — by the very same local media he's courting.
As Jeff Sallot reports in today's Globe PM presses on in feud with media , Mr. Harper did get one question from a local reporter about whether the Ottawa-based media are "elitist." However, another local reporter asked him if he was being "childish" while a third responded to one prime ministerial answer with the observation "with respect . . . that's simply not true."
The prime minister tried to play down the dispute by saying: "I don't think this story is really of much interest to most ordinary people."
The evidence on globeandmail.com suggests a different story. A story about Mr. Harper's remarks in London, Ont., was the second-most widely-read story on our site yesterday. As well, it provoked a strong reaction with more than 300 comments , pro and con, posted on globeandmail.com
Is Mr. Harper right? All prime ministers complain about their treatment by national media. Is there anything different about this administration?

It is for just such a reason that I wrote this book, "A Nation Betrayed and devote a portion of my life to advocacy. By exposing the misuse of power that took place during the Cold War, I am giving countless survivors a voice.
I believe the political situation that existed in the 50's and 60's--the paranoia surrounding anti-communism-was a key factor in allowing human rights violations. After our use of the atomic bomb in Hiroshima the Soviets detonated their own test bomb in 1949. Many Americans believed the USSR was intent on conquering us. The powers-that-be used this fear of obliteration to give them unlimited financial resources and the power of secrecy ("national security") to "fight communism."
Combine that with the importation into the US of Nazi doctors and scientists who participated in biological and chemical research experiments during WW2 and you have a deadly mixture. The Army's Chemical Corps at Edgewood Arsenal in Maryland ended up conducting experiments on more than 7000 American soldiers, using Auschwitz documents as a guide.
In 1954 its Medical Research Laboratory was staffed with an abundance of highly qualified personnel. 130 enlisted scientific and professional personnel and 117 civilian employees including numerous Ph.D.s and MDs from such leading universities as: Harvard Medical College, University of Munich, University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins University, Princeton University, Cambridge, Duke, University of Berlin, Columbia, Cornell, and Stanford. In addition to its own select staff, the Medical Laboratories had continuous imput from the private sector of medical research in the form of contractual arrangements, chemical and medical advisory councils, industrial liaison, and published literature.
In 1994 a Congressional subcommittee revealed that up to 500,000 Americans were endangered by secret defense related tests between 1940 and 1974. They included covert experiments with radioactive materials, mustard gas, LSD, and biological agents.
Today's climate of terrorism since the 9/11 attacks and the death of 3000 people has fostered the "Patriot Act." "Terrorism" has replaced "communism" as the menace. The American public now seems to be willing to give up many of the rights their forefathers fought for because of this fear of terrorism. I hope by presenting my story--what I experienced in my childhood--you will understand the horror of allowing history to repeat itself. We cannot allow Fear to be used as a tool to manipulate us.
I am a survivor of mind control experiments performed under the CIA's MK-ULTRA program. MK-ULTRA was established in 1953 to counter Soviet and Chinese advances in brainwashing and interrogation techniques and consisted of 149 subprojects contracted out to at least 80 institutions including hospitals and Universities. In 1977 Director of Intelligence Stansfield Turner said the program was initiated because the Agency was confronted with "learning the state of the art of behavioral modification at a time when the U.S. Government was concerned about inexplicable behavior of persons behind the 'Iron Curtain' and American prisoners of war who had been subjected to so called brainwashing."
Now for some of my background. I have DID, Dissociative Identity Disorder that used to be known as multiple personality disorder. The media has sometimes portrayed multiples in such a way that we seem either crazy, homicidal or sex fiends. I can assure you that I am none of those things. My head will not fly around backwards while I'm talking nor will horns sprout. You may find though, that some of the material I present is very difficult to listen to. If you need to leave to take care of yourself and the feelings that this material arouses, I will understand.
In my family pedophilia was passed down from generation to generation. I was a baby in diapers when my father first started to sexually abuse me. It was at the age of two that my mind felt the need to create my first personality or alter, as I will refer to them, in order to handle the trauma from the continued abuse by him and other family members. Creating an alter also creates an amnesiac barrier--totally separating these experiences from my conscious recall. Emigrating from Europe and hidden behind Catholicism, my family also brought their occult practices. Before my third birthday the trauma from a Satanic Ritual Cult initiation forced another alter to be created.
From that point on it became standard operating procedure. Disassociation had become a way of life for me to cope with severe and prolonged abuse. I had no control over it. It was my mind's way of allowing me to stay sane when everything around me was totally insane and out of control.
My alters hid a good deal of my past from me until 12 years ago. Most survivors of abuse are deprived of normal human relationships during their childhood. It tends to make us isolate, withdraw, and seek only the company of those we know, not those who will help us see what "Normal" really is. It was not until after my father died that some parts of me-my alters or personas were set free to begin the healing process.
Before my memories returned--before the amnesiac barrier was broken down, I was married to an emotionally, physically, and sexually abusive man not unlike my dad. After 18 years and three children, I was able to finally break free from that relationship. A high profile management job, which consumed most of my time and energy, left little time for anything other than survival. Survival was what I was accustomed to.
Fortunately in 1987, I met and married the man who has supported me through my very difficult healing journey. It was only after 4 years of marriage to him I felt safe and accepted for the first time in my life. My unconscious allowed my long held secrets to begin to surface through flashbacks, abreactions, and body memories. I went into full blown post traumatic stress disorder just like returning servicemen or women who experience the horrors of war and may find themselves triggered by something ordinary in their day to day lives. Many of them would flashback and find themselves on the battlefield again, not sitting in their living room with their family. This same type of thing happens with multiples when they begin to become cognizant of their experiences.
An abreaction goes something like this. The brain is somewhat like a phonograph record, it records the original happening. With Dissociative Identity Disorder, amnesia is created for the traumatic incident to save the young child's sanity. When the amnesiac barriers are removed, it is like putting the needle back on the track of the record where the original memory is stored. It is replayed just as it happened.
The nature of my memories include incest, ritual abuse and government experimentation. How does one understand and talk about the horrors of growing up in an intergenerational cult let alone being drafted into service by our government as a child guinea pig?
As those first horrible memories returned, I asked myself many things. How could I have people living inside my body? How could many of the things I remembered have happened and how could I possibly understand it? It seemed I had no choice if I was to understand and cope with life as a multiple but to seek help.
Through therapy with a qualified professional I encountered the first horrible discovery every multiple finds-their whole life was a lie. At least what they thought their life was. How do you accept the lies-the betrayal-the total breakdown in your reality? I knew I was crazy--I had to be. Fortunately that wasn't the case and by piecing together the puzzle of my life--by allowing each individual alter to tell their story I began to heal. From the beginning my therapist encouraged me to journal. Throughout the week I allowed my alters to write and draw the details of their abuse. I simply sat down and allowed control to whoever needed to talk. This was the beginning of one of the major things I found necessary to heal-Finding MY Voice. Finding the Voice that was taken away from me as a child allowed me to break through the barriers within and reach out to those parts that held the truth of their lifelong experiences. The other thing it allowed me to do was Validate my experiences.
In those early days as the bits and pieces of my life were expressed on the pages of my journal I was afraid all of the time-24-7. I was flooded with memories, flashbacks, and nightmares. Fear was my number one major obstacle to overcome before any real work could be done. I was afraid of remembering and I was afraid not to remember. I was afraid the cult would somehow know I was talking and send someone to exterminate me. I was afraid the memories were really true. I was afraid I was a liar and for some reason making it all up. I eventually came to accept and know that no matter what; I had already lived through the worst. Remembering, understanding, feeling and incorporating those experiences was the pathway I walked to slowly integrate my alters.
Fear consumed me until I finally let go and allowed the details of my life to flow from my mind to the paper and then in therapy through my mouth. I found that letting my alters finally have a voice and speak the truth was the only way through the fear. My alters found painting and drawing to be a perfect expression for getting scenes recorded-- peoples faces, places, buildings, ceremonies. I never knew what was going to be painted or drawn, I just gave my alters free reign. Years later when I actually was able to match real people and places with these, the validation was overwhelmingly powerful and helped me to understand what truly happened to me.
I think it is important to document for you the clear pattern of experimentation on children that existed throughout the time I was part of the governments mind control experiments.
Experiments on Children
Fernald School-Young male children who were institutionalized at the Fernald School in Massachusetts were fed radioactive cereal in the 1940s and 1950s.
The parents as well as the children were simply told they were being fed a diet rich in iron. According to oral testimony given before the President's Advisory Committee on Human Radiation, they were told they belonged to the Science Club to make them feel special and then taken to the MIT Faculty Club where it was easier to control them. One researcher said, "It would be nice to do something for them because these kids have been involved, we've had to jab them [with needles], and they had to eat a meal-every little drop of it, because you wanted to be sure they got 100 percent of the radioactivity-wouldn't it be nice to do something for them?"
Willowbrook State School-Dr. Saul Krugman of New York University conducted studies of hepatitis during the 1950s and 1960s on the severely mentally retarded .
He systematically infected newly arrived children between the ages of three and eleven with strains of the virus obtained from the feces of Willowbrook hepatitis patients. This was done to study the natural history, effects, and progression of the disease. Franz Inglefinger, who later became the editor of the New England Journal of Medicine said, "By being allowed to participate in a carefully supervised study and by receiving the most expert attention available for a disease of basically unknown nature, the patients themselves benefited . . . How much better to have a patient with hepatitis accidentally or deliberately acquired under the guidance of a Krugman, than under the care of a rights-minded zealot."
Nasal Radium Irradiation - 1948-54
582 third graders in the Baltimore public schools were part of a 1948-1954 experiment conducted by Johns Hopkins to test the effects of Nasal Radium Irradiation. No medical notice or follow-up action was taken by the federal government, despite an earlier determination that these children had the greatest cancer mortality risk of any experiment it examined for which people were still alive and might benefit from medical notice and follow-up.
Vanderbilt University Hospital - 1945-49 at Prenatal Clinic
At Vanderbilt-829 women were told to drink something that would be good for their fetuses. The drinks actually contained varying amounts of radioactive iron. Within an hour, the material crossed the placenta and began circulating in the blood of their unborn fetuses." In a study done in the sixties, scientists discovered four fatal malignancies among the children exposed to prenatal radiation and no cancers in the non-exposed group.
D.C. Children's Center in Laurel in a section called the District Training School 60's-Retarded children were used as human guinea pigs for both private industry and the government.
Among the experiments, was the testing of NeoBazine a diet pill commonly referred to as "rainbow pills." They contained thyroxin, which caused tremors, nervousness, insomnia, and tachycardia. It was being tested for its safety and efficiency. In October 1964 the FDA found that the drug was not safe for use. In 1962 the children were again used to test a drug for skin diseases, which doctors strongly suspected caused serious side effects to the human liver. More than half the children tested suffered some liver dysfunction. Eight were admitted to D.C. General Hospital for intensive care. That same year, 17 Laurel Center children were used to study thyroid hormone metabolism in children. The children were injected with thyroxin mixed with radioactive iodine to aid doctors in tracing a body process.
As you can see, there was a clear pattern of using innocent children who had no way of protecting themselves.
Peter Lewis, who had biomedical experiments performed on him received proof after the death of his adoptive father who had served in Army Medical Research. Peter and his sister Carol were adopted from Germany in the early 50's. His adoptive mother told him he was bought for $1000 and that the army owned him. They even gave him dog tags. According to Peter his adoptive father told her, "He's your project." Peter also wrote she admitted to putting a substance from Walter Reed doctors in their breakfast cereal and when they wouldn't eat it because of the taste they were beaten unmercifully. There were occasions when his arms and thighs were covered with very painful boils. I wonder if this wasn't from Radiation poisoning like at Fernald School for the mentally retarded where they fed them radioactive cereal. Peter's mom said "I did my duty."
She reportedly gave Peter pills from Walter Reed that caused hallucinations and nightmares. Since LSD was part of the MK-ULTRA experiments, I am assuming this is probably what the substance was. I guess when we look at the case of the four New Jersey children who hit headlines last week; we understand anything is possible especially when you use the words "It's good for National Security." The New Jersey children were alleged to have been systematically starved by their adoptive parents while the system stood by and did nothing.
Peter said, "My understanding is the sole purpose of adoption of me was for experiments. We have documents and hospital papers for much of this to back this up. Since my dad died, we were able to go through all the papers and find documents, papers, and photographs. These are military photographs he was ordered to destroy, but he brought some home and didn't destroy everything."
Peter has a picture of himself and other Boy Scouts at Walter Reed in 1958 where radioactive experiments were done. In 2000 Peter told me about some of the experiments including a number of bone biopsy's done after he drank radioactive material. He called them Gamma Radiation Experiments. He says they used numbers instead of names to identify him, which is what I too remember - being given a number. Isn't that what they used in the concentration camps?
Peter said they did so many bone biopsies on him that people started asking questions, so they tried to deem him retarded. His IQ is 128. I guess that speaks for itself. His sister, Carol died with Brain cancer from the radiation. The doctor found a crust on her brain and told her she had it for 20, 25 years--at the time the radiation experiments were done.
It is not hard to understand how devastating it would be to learn that you had been adopted for the sole purpose of being a human guinea pig.
Karen Coleman Wiltshire, another survivor, helped Peter with some of his FOIA requests to the government. She attended several public forums with the Department of Defense as a representative of ACHES (Advocacy Committee for Human Experimentation Survivors) and was outspoken on behalf of survivors on each occasion. She too, was one of the very few who was able to obtain her medical files from John Hopkins proving her experimentation.
Karen's father worked for the Applied Physics Lab at Johns Hopkins. She obtained her files through sheer persistence, help from the Almighty, and a mistake by a clerk who was not supposed to give the information out. Karen told me they transported her to Washington, Maryland and Virginia, to military and government labs by private ambulances, military cars, and yellow school buses. She said her experiments took place from 1961 through 1970. Karen related to me that she was kept in the Harriet Lane Home for Invalid Children at John Hopkins where there were wards of children. Her parents had been told she was being treated for a heart defect. She said when they would come to visit, she would be put in a private room with her belongings in order for it to appear as though she had been there all along. When her parents left, they returned her to the ward where she said they did LSD, ECT, and other strange experiments. One of these she explained was to be trained to eliminate emotions and feelings by using assorted torture and other techniques. This sounds very much like the mind control technique used on me by the CIA and other branches of the government.
This is a copy of the consent form for Karen's transportation to Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington D.C. It says in part, "I understand that the above patient, being a patient in the Pediatric Clinical Research Unit is participating in a research program requiring her presence at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and that a series of visits to Walter Reed Army Medical Center is necessary to complete such a program."
Karen was responsible for spurring me on to obtain information through FOIA requests that would help me validate my memories. She was always banging on doors, persistent to get the truth out, especially when she found out there were so many other kids who were used as human guinea pigs. The Department of Energy had told her she was the only one, but she said that Pentagon sources had personally told her they "didn't want our stories out at any cost. The plan was to pay off a few token victims and blow the rest off." Karen did not live to see any of us receive validation or vindication.
On April 5, 1999 Karen made a presentation on behalf of ACHES entitled ETHICS before the National Institute of Health's' Bioethics Group. She died on April 23, 1999 after doing exhaustive investigation of DOD experiments on human beings. More and more child survivors are coming forward. I receive emails weekly from them and their doctors, more than two years after my book's release. They are looking for information and validation for the memories and trauma they are remembering. Some just want to say thanks. Until reading my book they thought they were alone and crazy.
Now that I have established a clear pattern of children being used as human guinea pigs, I would like to share with you my own search for the truth.
I did not start breaking through the government programming until I brought a lot of stability into my life where I was moving from focusing on the trauma of my childhood to living in the here and now. I learned to stay grounded and centered and leave the old coping techniques of dissociation behind. When I began to find these alters who had been programmed and experimented on by men employed by our government, I began a brand new journey. My book details that journey. As a survivor of CIA program MK-ULTRA, I began my intense search to document some of the mind control experiments that I became part of, starting at the tender age of four.
Through a series of FOIA requests to various departments of the government, and exhaustive research, I have amassed an incredible amount of material that I feel validates my personal experiences. The CIA bought my services from my grandfather in 1952. He loaded me up with my little suitcase while my mom was giving birth to my younger sister. On that day I was driven to Detroit where I boarded an aircraft to New York to a facility funded by the CIA to do covert experiments. My first plane ride ended in a nightmare that was to haunt me for the next 45 years.
Over the next twelve years, I was tested, trained, and used in various ways. All the programming that was done to me by the CIA was to split my personality making me a compliant slave. It was Trauma based using things like electroshock, sensory deprivation, and drugs. Later the trauma wasn't necessary, only hypnosis accomplished with implanted triggers and occasional tune-ups that took place at Wright Patterson Air Force Base not far from my home.
I became a human experiment--part of their search for a way to take control of a mans mind. During the course of these experiments they created alters to do their bidding--Manchurian Candidates is an appropriate term.
In a document dated November 21, 1951 approximately 7 months before I was first experimented on, the CIA proposed a three to five year outside research project to search for exceptionally gifted individuals who could obtain both perfect and scattered ESP test performance. Since I displayed psychic abilities, they trained an alter to use these abilities in a way they hoped would benefit the agency.
The CIA made sure that this project would never be made known. The document says,
"It would be necessary to be exceedingly careful about thorough cloaking of the undertaking. I would not want anyone here in the ___________ except __________ and myself to know about it . . . Funds necessary for the support of the work would carry no identification and raise no questions."
Here we clearly see the compartmentalization and secrecy used for these experiments.
In his book Bluebird: Deliberate Creation of Multiple Personality by Psychiatrists, Dr. Colin Ross documents those doctors who were working under MK-ULTRA government contracts for the specific purposes of breaking the mind and rebuilding it. These doctors, and I use that term loosely, were looking for children who had the ability to disassociate from reality for their projects. I fit the bill.
A very poignant declassified document from 1954 says,
" Practical - Not theoretical research be conducted and carried out. The nature of this research to include 20 specific problems."
Here are a few: SI - Sleep Induction. H stands for Hypnosis
2. Can we in a matter of an hour, two hours, one day, etc., induce an H condition in an unwilling subject to such an extent that he will perform an act for our benefit? (Long range).
4. Could we seize a subject and in the space of an hour or two by post-H control have him crash an airplane, wreck a train, etc.? (Short, immediate activity)
5. Can we by SI and H techniques force a subject (unwilling or otherwise) to travel long distances, commit specified acts and return to us or bring documents or materials? Can a person acting under post-H control successfully travel long distances?
7. Can we guarantee total amnesia under any and all conditions?
8. Can we "alter" a person's Personality? How long will it hold?
10. Can we detect SI and H by use of SI and H (regression)?
12. Can we devise a system for making unwilling subjects into willing agents and then transfer that control to untrained agency agents in the field by use of codes or identifying signs or credentials?
13. How long can we sustain a post-H suggestion-unaided-with reinforcement?
20. Can we, while a subject is under SI and H control, show them a map and have them point out specific items, locations, etc., on the map? Can we also have them make detailed drawings, sketches, plans? Could any of the above be done under field conditions and in a very short space of time?
Another CIA Document from 1951 says "Our work and the work of others indicate that there is a strong possibility that total amnesia or an almost total amnesia will follow the use of our technique as a general rule."
Many of the experiments performed on me were done to heighten and use ESP, Remote Viewing, and the energy of the mind. The alters created within me for use by our government were of several different types. One was trained to use the " RED FIRE." The Red Fire was the energy I stored away during trauma, the hatred and fear that accumulated over the years each time I was assaulted, experimented on etc. I was taught how to access this energy and use it to psychically kill. If you think this psychic killing sounds far fetched you may be interested to know that back in the Sixties, the Soviet Union began to pour money and resources into the study of ESP and psychokinesis, phenomena collectively termed "psi" by researchers in the field. Much of this psi research came under the control of the Soviet military and KGB. They also screened Red Army recruits for psychic abilities, and pumped talented subjects full of dangerous drugs to promote psi-conducive altered states. Subjects in psychokinesis or "remote-influencing" experiments tried to stop the hearts of small animals, or concentrated on foreign political leaders, beaming at them "negative psi particles."
Soviet and Czech scientists were said to be working on electromagnetic devices that would cause strokes or heart attacks, and it was even rumored that they had perfected a "psychotronic generator", which could scramble people's minds at great distances.
An unclassified 1972 Defense Intelligence Agency report expressed concerns that :
"Soviet efforts in the field of psi research, sooner or later, might enable them to do some of the following,"
(a) Know the contents of top secret US documents, the movements of our troops and ships and the location and nature of our military installations (b) Mould the thoughts of key US military and civilian leaders at a distance (c) Cause the instant death of any US official at a distance (d) Disable, at a distance, US military equipment of all types, including spacecraft."
All I can say is that we may not have all the declassified documents on what the U.S was working on, but we can be sure they were doing tit for tat what their Russian counterparts were, only a lot of it was being done on small children.
One of my child alters was trained sexually in order to compromise men of power so they could be blackmailed at a later date. Another was created and told it was a robot to store information. Many survivors speak of similar types of programming.
Alpha is general programming within the control personality.
Beta is sexual programming, i.e. child pornography, prostitution, and sexual training used for the benefit of a handler for blackmail or personal use. This programming eliminates all learned moral conviction from the survivor, so that the function can be carried out without inhibition.
Delta is a trained killer, a sleeping assassin. Delta survivors feel no fear and have been trained in the use of specialized arms and alternative methods of disposal. Sirhan Sirhan had total amnesia of the killing of Robert Kennedy, but under hypnosis remembered it. Mr. Sirhan's lawyer says his client was programmed to kill Kennedy by government agents who wanted to prolong the Vietnam War.
Theta is psychic killing, such as the training I was involved in. Most survivors with Theta programming exhibit an unusually high level of ESP in their day-to-day lives. Many even train in alternative methods of healing before they discover the theta programming. It seems to be a way for the dominant personality to use their energy in a positive healing manner, thereby compensating for the negative uses of this same energy.
Omega is self-destruct programming installed in the event a survivor would start remembering. It was used to prevent them from going public. There generally is self-destruct programming associated with Delta assassin programming if the survivor is captured.
One survivor recently wrote to me saying, "Such Events and people were horrific to remember. There is no public awareness so there is no one to go to with your memories and, when your government is your enemy you certainly feel you must keep the memories inside."
Books written by survivors of these programs recount the horrors they were forced to endure during their training. Many of these survivors have worked through their memories, dealt with their programming and are free from such triggering. How many are still "Sleeping," awaiting the call of their handlers?
One study done in secrecy for ten years became the foundation for the ESP experiments under MK-ULTRA Subproject 136. One of the documents specifically stated that "experimental studies of a few specially gifted subjects would be conducted and that special attention will be given to dissociative states which tend to accompany spontaneous ESP experiences. Such states can be induced and controlled to some extent with hypnosis and drugs . . . The data used in the study will be obtained from special groups such as psychotics, children and mediums . . ."
The document continues by saying , "Learning studies will be instituted in which the subject will be rewarded or punished for his overall performance and reinforced in various ways by being told whether he was right, by being told what the target was, with electric shock etc." The proposal then goes on to say, "In other cases drugs and psychological tricks will be used to modify his attitudes. The experimenters will be particularly interested in dissociative states, and an attempt will be made to induce a number of states of this kind, using hypnosis."
My heart practically stood still the day that I read this. It described perfectly what I had remembered and journaled when I was taken in 1952 at four years of age from my grandfathers home.
During the first few days of my experiments, they used truth serum as well as electric shock to identify alters currently residing within me. They used visualization techniques to create alters for their own nefarious purposes. Later I used the same techniques to undo their programming.
The infinity sign or number eight on its side had been used to separate two lands in my body where alters were held. One side of my body contained Neverland and the other side contained Shadowland. My baby alter, who was preverbal was stuck in Neverland where she never grew up, just like Peter Pan.

The physics and engineering behind electromagnetic disease transmission are frightening. Diseases can be reproduced as 'disease signatures' in that the vibration of a disease can be manufactured and sent on to be induced. Basically, the goal is to fog the difference between the real and unreal and some of this could be connected with the many UFO abductions occurring en-mass. Hundreds have been witnessed laid out on tables and implanted. Intelligence agencies are in league with each other behind this disablement of the masses to such a point that they can't even fight back. In order for the perpetrators to do what they want, they need the overall 'frequency' of each victim to function at a specific rate below the threshold of awareness. New-age channellers say we are going into 4th dimensional frequency. They 'heard' the voice of some 'ET' who told them. However, some 'ETs' may be local boys. Voices in the head were produced in prisoners in Utah prisons using Tesla technology. Each of the prisoners received the same message from an 'ET'. Today, it seems, it's easy to produce 'voices in the head' without implants. A prisoner called David Fratus in Draper Prison, Utah in 1988 wrote:
"I began to receive, or hear, high-frequency tones in my ears. When I plug my ears... the tones are still inside and become amplified. It's as if they had become electrified echo chambers with the sounds coming from the inside out... Hundreds of inmates at the Gunnison Facility of the Utah State Prison, and the State Hospital were subject to this brand of mind-control in order to test it. In the early 1970s, this was brought out in the Utah U.S. District Court, because inmates who had been subjected to this Tesla-wave mind-control in prison had tried unsuccessfully to fight back in court.

The University of Utah researched how Tesla-waves could be used to manipulate the mind into hearing voices, overriding and implanting thoughts into the mind, and reading the thoughts, as well as developing eye-implants.

Amidst the subtle cerebral circumvention of the gullible populace, through a multitude of manipulated mediums, lies one of the most diabolical atrocities perpetrated upon a segment of the human race; a form of systematic mind control which has permeated every aspect of society for almost fifty years. To objectively ascertain the following, one may need to re-examine preconceived ideologies relating to the dualistic nature of mankind.Resolving the philosophical question of whether we are inherently good or inherently evil is tantamount in shaping our perception of reality; specifically, the spiritual variable within the equation of life. This exposition is substantiated by declassified U.S. government documents, individuals formerly connected to the U.S. intelligence communities, historical writings, researchers knowledgeable in mind control, publications from mental health practitioners, and interviews taken from survivors unwittingly subjected to a highly complex form of trauma-based mind control known as MONARCH programming. A word of caution for survivors of intensively systematic mind control and/or some form of ritualized abuse: There are numerous "triggers" in this article. It is therefore recommended not to read it unless appropriate support systems are in place or if you have a thoroughly reintegrated personality.

A Brief History of ControlThe Mystery Religions of ancient Egypt, Greece, India and Babylon helped lay the foundation for occultism, meaning "hidden knowledge."

One of the earliest writings giving reference to occultism is the Egyptian Book of the Dead, a compilation of rituals explicitly describing methods of torture and intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions (drugs) and the casting of spells (hypnotism), ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the initiate.[1] These have been the main ingredients for a part of occultism known as Satanism, throughout the ages. During the 13th Century, the Roman Catholic church increased and solidified its dominion throughout Europe with the infamous Inquisition. Satanism survived this period of persecution, deeply entrenching itself under the veil of various esoteric groups.In 1776, a Bavarian Jesuit by the name of Adam Weishaupt was commissioned by the House of Rothschild to centralize the power base of the Mystery Religions into what is commonly known as the Illuminati, meaning "Enlightened Ones." This was an amalgamation of powerful occultic bloodlines, elite secret societies and influential Masonic fraternities, with the desire to construct the framework for a "New World Order."

The outward goal of this Utopia was to bring forth universal happiness to the human race. However, their underlying intention was to gradually increase control over the masses, thus becoming masters of the planet.

The Anglo AllianceBy the 19th century, Great Britain and Germany were recognized as the primary geographic areas of Illuminati control. It then should be of little surprise to know the first work in Behavioral Science research was established in England in 1882, while much of the early medical and psychiatric techniques involved in mind control were pioneered at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany. The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was set up in London in 1921 to study the "breaking point" of humans. Kurt Lewin, a German psychologist, became the director of the Tavistock Institute in 1932, about the same time Nazi Germany was increasing its research into neuropsychology, parapsychology and multi-generational occultism.

Interestingly, a progressive exchange of scientific ideas was taking place between England and Germany, most notably in the field of eugenics: the movement devoted to "improving" the human species through the control of hereditary factors in mating. The nefariously enigmatic union between the two countries was bonded, partly through the Order of the Golden Dawn, a secret society which consisted of many high ranking officials in the Nazi party and British aristocracy. Top SS Nazi officer Heinrich Himmler, was in charge of a scientific project called Lebersborn, which included selective breeding and adoption of children, a peculiarly large number of twins among them.[2] The purpose of the program was to create a super-race (Aryans) who would have total allegiance to the cause of the Third Reich (New World Order).Much of the preliminary experimentation concerning genetic engineering and behavior modification was conducted by Dr. Josef Mengele at Auschwitz, where he coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-bonding, eye-coloring and "twinning" upon his victims. Besides the insidious surgical experimentation performed at the concentration camp, some of the children were subjected to massive amounts of electroshock.

Sadly, many of them did not survive the brutality. Concurrently, "brain-washing" was carried out on inmates at Dachau, who were placed under hypnosis and given the hallucinogenic drug mescaline. During the war, parallel behavioral research was led by Dr. George Estabrooks of Colgate University. His involvement with the Army, CID, FBI and other agencies remains shrouded in secrecy. However, Estabrooks would occasionally "slip" and discuss his work involving the creation of hypno-programmed couriers and hypnotically-induced split personalities.[3] After WWII, the U.S. Department of Defense secretly imported many of the top German Nazi and Italian Fascist scientists and spies into the United States via South America and the Vatican. The code name for this operation was Project PAPERCLIP.[4] One of the more prominent finds for the U.S. was German General Reinhard Gehlen.

Hitler’s Chief of Intelligence against Russia. Upon arriving in Washington D.C. in 1945, Gehlen met extensively with President Truman, General William "Wild Bill" Donovan, Director of the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and Allen Dulles, who would later become the stalwart head of the CIA. The objective of their brain-storming sessions was to reorganize the nominal American intelligence operation, transforming it into a highly-efficient covert organization. The culmination of their efforts produced the Central Intelligence Group in 1946, renamed the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 1947. Reinhard Gehlen also had profound influence in helping to create the National Security Council, from which the National Security Act of 1947 was derived.

This particular piece of legislation was implemented to protect an unconscionable number of illegal government activities, including clandestine mind control programs.

The Evolution of Project MKULTRAWith the CIA and National Security Council firmly established, the first in a series of covert brain-washing programs was initiated by the Navy in the fall of 1947.

Project CHATTER was developed in response to the Soviet’s "successes" through the use of "truth drugs." This rationale, however was simply a cover story if the program were to be exposed. The research focused on the identification and testing of such drugs for use in interrogations and the recruitment of agents.[5] The project was officially terminated in 1953.The CIA decided to expand their efforts in the area of behavior modification, with the advent of Project BLUEBIRD, approved by director Allen Dulles in 1950. Its objectives were to:
(1) discover a means of conditioning personnel to prevent unauthorized extraction of information from them by known means
(2) investigate the possibility of control of an individual by application of special interrogation techniques
(3) investigate memory enhancement
(4) establish defensive means for preventing hostile control of agency personnel
In August 1951, Project BLUE BIRD was renamed Project ARTICHOKE, which evaluated offensive uses of interrogation techniques, including hypnosis and drugs.

The program ceased in 1956. Three years prior to the halt of Project ARTICHOKE, Project MK-ULTRA came into existence on April 13, 1953 along the lines proposed by Richard Helms, Deputy Director of Central Intelligence (DDCI) with the rationale of establishing a "special funding mechanism of extreme sensitivity."[6] The hypothetical etymology of "MK" may possibly stand for "Mind Kontrolle." The obvious translation of the German word "Kontrolle" into English is "control."[7] A host of German doctors, procured from the post war Nazi talent pool, were an invaluable asset toward the development of MKULTRA. The correlation between the concentration camp experiments and the numerous sub-projects of MKULTRA are clearly evident.

The various avenues used to control human behavior under MKULTRA included:

A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was established to govern the use of MKULTRA abroad. MKULTRA/DELTA materials were used for harassment, discrediting or disabling purposes.[8]There were 149 subprojects listed under the umbrella of MKULTRA. Project MONARCH has not been officially identified by any government documentation as one of the corresponding subprojects, but is used rather, as a descriptive "catch phrase" by survivors, therapists, and possible "insiders". MONARCH may in fact, have culminated from MKSEARCH subprojects such as operation SPELLBINDER, which was set up to create "sleeper" assassins (ie. "Manchurian candidates") who could be activated upon receiving a key word or phrase while in a post-hypnotic trance.

Operation OFTEN, a study which attempted to harness the power of occultic forces was possibly one of several cover programs to hide the insidious reality of Project MONARCH.

Definition and DescriptionThe name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly.

When a person is undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like a butterfly. There is also a symbolic representation pertaining to the transformation or metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon (dormancy, inactivity), to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species unique.Occultic symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning Psyche is the word for both "soul" and "butterfly" coming from the belief that human souls become butterflies while searching for a new reincarnation. [9]Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a symbol of corrupt flesh. The "Angel of Death" (remember Mengele?) in Gnostic art was portrayed crushing the butterfly.[10] A marionette is a puppet that is attached to strings and is controlled by the puppet master, hence MONARCH programming is also referred to as the "Marionette Syndrome." "Imperial Conditioning" is another term used, while some mental health therapists know it as "Conditioned Stimulus Response Sequences."Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured dissociation and occultic integration, in order to compartmentalize the mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework. During this process, a Satanic ritual, usually including Cabalistic mysticism, is performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of demons to the corresponding alter(s).

Of course, most skeptics would view this as simply a means to enhance trauma within the victim negating any irrational belief that demonic possession actually occurs.

Alters and TriggersAnother way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is by looking at it as a complex computer program: A file (alter) is created through trauma, repetition and reinforcement. In order to activate (trigger) the file, a specific access code or password (cue or command) is required.

The victim/survivor is called a "slave" by the programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as "master" or "god." About 75% are female, since they possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable.A former military officer connected to the DIA, told this writer,
"In the ’big picture’ these people [MONARCH victims] are in all walks of life, from the bum on the street to the white-collar guy".
In corroboration, a retired CIA agent vaguely discussed the use of such personnel to be used as "plants" or "chameleons" for the purpose of infiltrating a designated group, gathering information and/or injecting an ulterior agenda.There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on an axis. One of the main internal structures, (of which their are many) within the system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees the "gatekeeper" (demons?) who grant or deny entry into the different rooms.

Bloodlines and TwinningA majority of the victims/survivors come from multi-generational Satanic families (bloodlines) and are ostensibly programmed "to fill their destiny as the chosen ones or chosen generations" (a term coined by Mengele at Auschwitz). Some are adopted out to families of similar origin. Others used in this neurological nightmare are deemed as he "expendable ones" (non-bloodliners), usually coming from orphanages, foster care homes, or incestuous families with a long history of pedophilia.

There also appears to be a pattern of family members affiliated with government or military intelligence agencies. Many of the abused come from families who use Catholicism, Mormonism, or charismatic Christianity as a "front" for their abominable activities (though members of other religious groups are also involved.) Victims/survivors generally respond more readily to a rigid religious (dogmatic, legalistic) hierarchical structure because it parallels their base programming. Authority usually goes unchallenged, as their will has been usurped through subjective and command-oriented conditioning. Physical identification characteristics on victims/survivors often include multiple electrical prod scars and/or resultant moles on their skin. A few may have had various parts of their bodies mutilated by knives, branding irons, or needles, Butterfly or occult tattoos are also common. Generally, bloodliners are less likely to have the subsequent markings, as their skin is to "remain pure and unblemished." The ultimate purpose of the sophisticated manipulation of these individuals may sound unrealistic, depending upon our interpretive understanding of the physical and spiritual realms. The deepest and darkest alters within bloodliners are purported to be dormant until the "Anti-Christ" is revealed. These "New World Order" alters supposedly contain call-back orders and instructions to train and/or initiate a large influx of people (possibly clones or "soulless ones"), thereby stimulating social control programs into the new millennium. Non-biological "twinning" is yet another bizarre feature observed within MONARCH programming. For instance, two young non related children would be ceremoniously initiated in a magical "soul-bonding" ritual so they might be "inseparably paired for eternity" (possibly another Mengele connection?). They essentially share two halves of the programmed information, making them interdependent upon one another.

Paranormal phenomenon such as astral projection, telepathy, ESP, etc. appear to be more pronounced between those who have undergone this process.

Levels of MONARCH Programming [11]
ALPHA. Regarded as "general" or regular programming within the base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victims personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulation. BETA. Referred to as "sexual" programming. This programming eliminates all learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct, devoid of inhibitions. "Cat" alters may come out at this level. DELTA. This is known as "killer" programming, originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level. THETA considered to the "psychic" programming. Bloodliners (those coming from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics. It is reported these are used in conjunction with highly-advanced computers and sophisticated satellite tracking systems. OMEGA. A "self-destruct" form of programming, also known as "Code Green." The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being recovered. GAMMA. Another form of system protection is through "deception" programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.

Method and ComponentsThe initial process begins with creating dissociation within the subject, usually occurring from the time of birth to about six years. This is primarily achieved through the use of electroshock (ECT) and is at times performed even when the child is in the mother’s womb.

Due to the severe trauma induced through ECT, sexual abuse and other methods, the mind splits off into alternate personalities from the core. Formerly referred to as Multiple Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further conditioning of the victim’s mind is enhanced through hypnotism, double-bind coercion, pleasure-pain reversals, food, water, sleep and sensory deprivation, along with various drugs which alter certain cerebral functions.The next stage is to embed and compress detailed commands or messages within the specified alter. This is achieved through the use of hi-tech headsets, in conjunction with computer-driven generators which emit inaudible sound waves or harmonics that affect the RNA covering of neuron pathways to the subconscious and unconscious mind. "Virtual Reality" optical devices are sometimes used simultaneously with the harmonic generators projecting pulsating colored lights, subliminals and split-screen visuals. High voltage electroshock is then used for memory dissolution.Programming is updated periodically and reinforced through visual, auditory and written mediums. Some of the first programming themes included the Wizard of Oz and Alice and Wonderland, both heavily saturated with occultic symbolism.

Many of the recent Disney movies and cartoons are used in a two-fold manner:
desensitizing the majority of the population, using subliminals and neuro-linguistic programming
deliberately constructing specific triggers and keys for base programming of highly-impressionable MONARCH children.
A prime example of how subliminal programming works is by looking at the recent Disney cinematic sensation Pochahontas, curiously billed as their "33rd" (highest degree in Scottish Rite Freemasonry) animated movie.

In the movie, Grandmother Willow is a mystical 400 year old tree who counsels the motherless Pochahontas to listen to her heart and help her realize all the answers lie within. Grandmother Willow is constantly talking in "double-speak" and using "reversals" (i.e. "Sometimes the right path is not the easiest one"; the esoteric derivative being: the left path [the path that leads to destruction] is the easiest one. In Illuminati Structured MPD Systems, the willow tree represents the occultic powers of Druidism. The intrinsic imagery of the tree’s branches, leaves and root systems are very significant, as some of the dark spiritual proper ties associated with the Willow Tree Programming are:
(1) The branches are used to whip victims in rituals for "cleansing" purposes
(2) A willow tree can endure severe weather disturbances (i.e. storms) and is known for it’s pliability or flexibility. Victims/Survivors of the programming describe the willow’s branches wrapping around them, with no hope of escape
(3) The deep root system of the willow tree makes the victim/survivor feel as if they are falling deeper and deeper into an abyss while in a hypnotic trance. [12]
Music plays an instrumental role in programming, through combinations of variable tones, rhythms and words.

Frightmeister Stephen King’s numerous novels and subsequent movies, are purported by credible sources to be used for such villainous purposes. One of his latest books, Insomnia, features a picture of King with the trigger phrase "WE NEVER SLEEP," (indicative of someone with MPD/ DID) below an all-seeing eye. Programmers and PlacesIt’s difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this satanic project was, due to the substantial amount of disinformation and cross-contamination propagated by the "powers that be."

The two that went by the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor named Dr. Gruenbaum, who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis during WWII, and Dr. Josef Mengele, whose trademark of cold blooded and calculating brutality has not only scarred the souls of survivors from Auschwitz, but also a countless number of victims throughout the world. Mengele’s direct involvement at the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp was suspiciously downplayed during the Nuremberg Trials, and consequently no intensified effort by the U.S. and it’s allies was directed toward his capture.[13]As a means to confuse serious investigators as to his whereabouts, U.S. officials would report Mengele being a non-threatening recluse in Paraguay or Brazil, or that he was simply dead (the "Angel of Death" miraculously must have come back to life at least five different times).

His unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives, undoubtedly was a significant bonus to U.S. interests. Besides using the pseudonym of Dr. Green, survivors knew him as Vaterchen (daddy), Schoner Josef (beautiful Joseph), David and Fairchild. A gracefully handsome man of slight stature, Mengele would disarm people with his gentle demeanor, while at other times, he would explode into violent rages.[14]Other characteristics remembered by survivors were the cadence of his shiny black boots as he paced back and forth and his "I-love-you/l-love-you-not" daisy game.

When he pulled off the last daisy petal, he would maliciously torture and kill a small child in front of the other child he was programming. Distraught survivors also recalled being thrown naked into cages with monkeys, who were trained to viciously abuse them. Evidently, Mengele enjoyed reducing people to the level of animals. He also would purposely restrain his victims from crying, screaming, or showing any excessive emotion.Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. White, was the former head of the Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because of Cameron’s extensive experience and credentials, the ClA’s Allen Dulles funneled millions of dollars throughout organizations like the society for the Investigation of Human Ecology, which Cameron ruthlessly presided over. Experimentations were conducted at several locations in Montreal, mostly at McGill University, St Mary’s Hospital and Allan Memorial Institute.Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as electroshock drug injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the technique of "psychic driving," wherein unsuspecting patients were kept in a drug induced coma for several weeks and administered a regimen of electroshocks, while electronic helmets were strapped to their heads and repetitive auditory messages were transmitted at variable speeds.[15] Many of those exploited were abused children which had been run through the Roman Catholic orphanage system. Not surprisingly, Dr Cameron has been conveniently left out of most psychiatric journals. This may have been, in fact, largely due to Project MKULTRA being publicly exposed in 1970, through lawsuits filed by Canadian survivors and their families. The CIA and Canadian government settled out of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any wrongdoing. A former U.S. Army Lt. Col. in the DIA’s psychological Warfare Division, Michael Aquino, is the latest in a line of alleged government-sponsored sadists. Aquino, an eccentric genius obsessed with Nazi pagan rituals, founded the Temple of Set, an offshoot of Anton LaVey’s Church of Satan. Aquino was connected with the Presidio Army Base day care scandal, in which he was accused child molestation.

Much to the dismay of the young victims’ parents, all charges were dismissed. Code-named "Malcolm", Aquino was reported to have developed training tapes on how to create a MONARCH slave and worked as a liaison between Government/Military Intelligence and various criminal organizations and occult groups in the distribution of MONARCH slaves.[16] Heinrich Mueller was another important programmer who went under the code names "Dr. Blue" or "Gog." He apparently has two sons who have carried on the trade. The original "Dr. Black" was apparently Leo Wheeler, the nephew of deceased General Earle G. Wheeler, who was the commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staffs during the Vietnam War. Wheeler’s protégé, E. Hummel is active in the Northwest, along with W. Notable NamesOne of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent was that of the voluptuous 1940’s model, Candy Jones. The book, The Control of Candy Jones, (Playboy Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue and suspense as a spy for the CIA.

Jones, whose birth name is Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit the physiological profile as to be one of the initial experiments or human guinea pigs under the government’s "scientific" project, MKULTRA.

The most publicized case of MONARCH monomania has surfaced through the book TRANCE Formation of America: The True Life Story of a ClA Slave by Cathy O’Brien. On the back cover it emphatically states,
"Cathy O’Brien is the only vocal and recovered survivor of the Central Intelligence Agency’s MKULTRA Project Monarch mind control operation"

This documented autobiography contains compelling accounts of O’Brien’s years of unrelenting incest and eventual introduction into Project MONARCH by her perverted father. Along with co-author Mark PhiIlips, her rescuer and deprogrammer, Cathy covers an almost unbelievable array of conspiratorial crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with those in the upper echelons of world politics, covert assignments as a "drug mule" and courier, and the country-western music industry’s relationship with illegal CIA activities. Paul Bonacci a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of degradation under Project MONARCH, has disclosed strong corroborating evidence of widescale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level all the way up to the White House.[17] He has testified about sexually-abused males selected from Boy’s Town in Nebraska and taken to nearby Offut AFB, where he says they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. After thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless oblivion, they were used (along with girls) for pornography and prostitution with several of the nation’s political and economic power brokers. Bonacci recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo planes to McClelland AFB in California. Along with other unfortunate adolescents and teenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat, Bohemian Grove. The perpetrators took full advantage of these innocent victims, committing unthinkable perversions in order to satisfy their deviant lusts. Some victims were apparently murdered, further traumatizing already terrified and broken children.An insatiable actress of marginal talent (now deceased), a morally-corrupt T.V. evangelist, a heralded former Green Beret officer and a popular country-western singer are a few others likely having succumbed to MONARCH madness. Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan-Sirhan, Charlie Manson, John Hinckley Jr., Mark Chapman, David Koresh, Tim McVeigh and John Salvi are some notable names of infamy, strongly suspected of being pawns who were spawned by MKULTRA.

Deprogrammers and ExposersDr. Corydon Hammond, a Psychologist from the University of Utah, delivered a stunning lecture entitled "Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse" at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, June 25, 1992 in Alexandria, Virginia. He essentially confirmed the suspicions of the attentive crowd of mental health professionals, wherein a certain percentage of their clients had undergone mind control programming in an intensively systematic manner. Hammond alluded to the Nazi connection, military and CIA mind control research, Greek letter and color programming and specifically mentioned the Monarch Project in relation to a form of operative conditioning. Shortly after his ground breaking speech, he received death threats. Not wanting to jeopardize the safety of his family, Dr. Hammond stopped disseminating any follow-up information.Mark Phillips, a former electronics subcontractor for the Department of Defense, was privy to some of the top secret mind control activities perpetrated by the U.S. government. His inquisitive demeanor, strong conscience and heart-felt concern for Cathy O’Brien, a "Presidential Model’ under Project MONARCH, prompted him to reveal the inner-workings of this grand deception beginning about 1991. As the story goes, he helped Ms. O’Brien escape from her captors and was able to deprogram her in about a years time in Alaska. The controversial Phillips has his share of critics who are skeptical of the veracity of his claims.New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients before the President’s Committee on Human Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995 in Washington D.C. The astonishing testimony made by these two brave women included accounts of German doctors, torture, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis and rape, besides being exposed to an undetermined amount of radiation. Both Wolf and her patients stated they recovered the memories of this CIA program without regression or hypnosis techniques.[19] Wolf presently devotes much of her time to counseling such survivors.A former labor attorney for Atlantic Richfield Co., David E. Rosenbaum, conducted a nine. year investigation (1983-1992) concerning allegations of physical torture and coercive conditioning of numerous employees at an ARCO plant in Monaca, PA.[20] His clients, Jerry L. Dotey and Ann White, were victims of apparent radiation exposure; but as Mr. Rosenbaum probed deeper in the subsequent interview sessions, a "Pandora’s Box" was unveiled. His most astonishing conclusion was that Jerry Dotey and Ann White were likely the off-spring of Adolf Hitler, based in part on the uncanny resemblance from photos (facial features; bone structure and size were taken into consideration). Rosenbaum also states, "They both exhibit feelings and experiences that indicate they are twins." Dotey and White were allegedly subjected to torture of many kinds while under drug induced hypnosis, with each one undergoing at least three training techniques by plant physicians. Each victim was trained to enter into a hypnotic state upon the occurrence of specific stimuli, usually involving a "cue" word or phrase and trained to "remember to forget" what transpired in the hypnotic state. They were repeatedly subjected to identical stimulus-response sequence, to produce nearly automatic reactions to the particular status.

MKULTRA veteran, Dr. Bernard Diamond, Dr. Martin Orne and Dr. Josef Mengele regularly visited the ARCO plant, according to Rosenbaum. The special conditioning of Dotey and White was intended for the artificial creation of dual German personalities. Rosenbaum, who is Jewish, has maintained a deep friendship with the two, despite the seemingly precarious circumstances.Other renowned therapists involved in deprogramming are Cynthia Byrtus, Pamela Monday, Steve Ogilvie, Bennett Braun, Jerry Mungadze and Colin Ross. Some Christian counselors have been able to eliminate parts of the programming with limited success.

Journalists who have recently expounded on the subject matter in exemplary fashion are Walter Bowart, Operation Mind Control, Jon Rappoport, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments on Children and Alex Constantine, Psychic Dictatorship In The USA.

ConclusionThe most incriminating statement to date made by a government official as to the possible existence of Project MONARCH was extracted by Anton Chaitkin, a writer for the publication, The New Federalist. When former CIA Director William Colby was asked directly,
"What about monarch?" he replied angrily and ambiguously, "We stopped that between the late 1960’s and the early 1970’s."
Suffice to say that society, in its apparent state of cognitive dissonance, is generally in denial of the over whelming evidence of this multifarious conspiracy. Numerous victims/ survivors of Project MONARCH are in desperate need of help. However, the great majority of people are too preoccupied with themselves to show any genuine compassion toward these severely wounded individuals. Apathy has taken over the minds of the masses, who choose to exist within the comforts of this world.

Reality has thus become obscured by relativism and selfishness.

WHEN HE DID THE SAME THING A THIRD TIME I CONFRONTED HIM ASKING HIM WHY WAS HE FOLLOWING ME UP AND DOWN THE CORRIDOR. HE REPLIED WE HAD THE SAME SCHEDULE. A team of neuroscientists at the University of Oxford have discovered a way to trigger behavior in flies by selectively modifying neurons in their brain and stimulating them with a laser in order to simulate a learning experience. As published in the science journal Cell, flies were made to prefer one smell over another even though they had no real world experience associated with either smell. The experiment has important implications for the eventual development of a technology to create false human memories. We could one day “learn” by having experiences directly inputed into our brains.Our brains are massive systems of interlocking neurons. In the organization of connections between cells are encoded all the memories of our lifetime. The possibility exists that if we can control these connections, and/or the behavior of the neurons, we could alter our memories; erasing some and creating others. While the brains of flies and humans have vast differences in scale, the structures in one often have an analogous partner in the other. If neuroscientists are able to control the memories of flies, the techniques used could conceivably be adapted into mammals and even humans. Like the fly, we could be made to prefer one stimuli over another based on neuron manipulation, not real world experience.Gero Miesenbock, leader of the Oxford project, and his team were looking for the cells in the fly brain that are linked to negative associative learning. This learning is how flies (and other animals) link an experience with an undesired outcome. For example, if “bad memories” of being swatted by a human hand are associated with the smell of perfume, the fly may start to avoid perfume. The associative learning neurons produce dopamine as a means of communicating with neighboring cells. Miesenbock modified the neurons of flies by adding a receptor for the chemical ATP (adenosine triphosphate). If ATP showed up around a neuron, it would be stimulated and release dopamine (triggering a “memory”).There is normally no ATP in the fly brain, but the Oxford team placed some there using tiny light-sensitive molecular cages. Hit the cages with a laser, and the ATP is released, the cells are triggered, releasing dopamine and forming a memory in the fly brain. It sounds complicated but we can make some broad generalizations and summarize: When the laser hits the portion of the fly brain responsible for negative associative learning, it thinks: “Whatever else I’m experiencing now is bad. Very bad, and I don’t like it.”So what did the UK team want the flies to associate as a bad memory? Smells. Miesenbock and his team already have extensive experience with fly antennae neurons (they published a paper on it) and could test flies readily for smell preference. They exposed flies to two smells, one with the “bad memory laser”, one without. The flies were then allowed to crawl in a small chamber until they came across the two odors, one on each side. Most flies wouldn’t prefer one smell over the other. But those flies who had the correct neurons stimulated by the laser would have a “bad memory” associated with it.As expected, some flies tended to avoid the “bad memory” smell and move towards the other, even though there was no real-world experience associated with the “bad” smell. The flies had artificially gained a “bad memory” and were acting as if it were real. By tracking which flies behaved accordingly, Miesenbock and his team identified the 12 neurons in a fly brain that are responsible for associative learning. Stimulate those 12 cells, and a fly will likely avoid whatever it is experiencing at the moment.This stuff is scary and amazingly cool. Just 12 neurons shape the behavior of the entire insect. Imagine the possibilities with humans. By manipulating just a tiny portion of the brain, we could make anything have a negative memory associated with it. The alarmist in me warns that this type of technology could be abused to control people. It could also be used to quit smoking, or eliminate other bad habits. Eventually, this sort of research will hopefully lead to the next step in understanding memories, implanting skills through direct neuron stimulation. Perhaps one day we could have all the experience of a PhD without spending a day in school. For now this is still science fiction, but thanks to flies it has taken one step closer to reality.

.United States citizens are being tortured on American soil and I am one of them. The following interview was videotaped on 22 July 2009. As a result of criminal activity and the trauma that Ive endured since January 2008, I now have Adrenal Insufficieny, an Acquired Brain Injury, and Epilepsy. Mainstream Media vs. Upstream Media

Recently, I was flipping through the local TV channels. I get four stations clearly, but none is worth watching more than once a week. I stopped briefly at an interview. Talking head #1 was a nationally known TV news teleprompter reader, also known as an anchorman. The other one was unfamiliar to me. He was a print media journalist – a reporter. The anchorman began his questioning of the journalist with this observation. "We’re both representatives of the MSM: mainstream media."
It hit me. The MSM is at long last visibly on the defensive. The moment you acknowledge that you are part of the mainstream media, you are necessarily also acknowledging the existence of another media, which I like to call the Upstream Media. It swims against the mainstream, which is flowing downstream. It’s easy to flow downstream. You just let nature take its course.
The trouble with downstream rafting is that eventually you either hit the rapids or go over the falls. In any movie about going over the falls, someone in the raft asks:
"What’s that noise?"
The optimists say that the river will carry them to the ocean. Fine. But if you don’t climb off the raft, you will drift out to sea and disappear. The point is, at some point you had better get off the raft. The mainstream will eventually kill you.
Today, because of the Internet, hundreds of millions of people are getting off the raft, all over the world. They grab a motorboat and head back upstream.
There are lots of tributaries heading back upstream. No single tributary that is feeding into the river is getting all of the traffic. But hundreds of millions of people are now headed in the opposite direction, at least with respect to some important issues. Other issues will follow. Issue by issue, readers are concluding, "We’ve been lied to." They are correct.
The Establishment at some point will face the implications of widespread disbelief in everything it says. At some point, people will not voluntarily do what they are told when they perceive their leaders as liars. When that day comes, political consensus will disintegrate. So will the mainstream Establishment’s control systems.
Upstream media were not readily accessible to most people as recently as a decade ago. The cost of locating alternative news sources was too high. The economists' rule held firm: "When price rises, less of the item is demanded." Now the same rule is being applied against the mainstream: "When price falls, more of the item will be demanded." The Internet has changed the relative pricing of media. This is a revolutionary turn of events.
The price of obtaining alternative views is falling fast. In fact, the main expense today is the value of our time. We have less and less time for the boring, superficial, and lying mainstream media. They know it. There is nothing they can do about it.
The monopoly that they have enjoyed for about 5,000 years is coming to an end. So is the free ride of political parties that rely on the mainstream media to keep the masses in line.
NEWSPAPERS ARE DYING
How much time do you spend each day reading newspapers? An hour? Probably not.
How much time do you read on-line? More than you spend with a newspaper.
Day by day, there are more people just like you.
A decade ago, I subscribed to three daily newspapers and about two dozen magazines. I also subscribed to a dozen investment newsletters. Since 2000, I have subscribed only to half a dozen paper-based newsletters. More and more newsletters are digital.
Instead of reading newspapers, I visit Websites. We all do. We are in news-overload mode. This is getting worse. Even with Google and similar search tools, we have too much on our plates. The allocation of our reading time has replaced the allocation of our subscription money as our most pressing reading problem.
Year after year, the network news departments of the three main TV networks are watching the Nielsen numbers fall. The same thing is happening to newspapers. They are declining in circulation. This is especially true of local newspapers. Readers are interested in national news, and they go to the Web for it.
This is creating a major problem for certain retail industries, most notably automobiles and furniture. Newspapers rely heavily on pages of full-page ads for local cars and furniture. As newspaper readers switch to on-line versions of local newspapers, as they are doing by the millions, the full-page ad’s pull per dollar is fading. There are little ads on-screen, which we have learned to ignore. There are even PRINT THIS buttons that strip out most of the ads. When I post a link to an article, I always link to the print-screen version.
Local car companies and furniture stores ought to have on-line sites that are kept up to date hourly. A car is sold. Its photo should immediately be taken off the Website. But retailers in these industries have not yet made the transition to the Web. They do not understand it. Web marketing is still in its shake-out period. Yet the Web is replacing newspapers today. The Web shake-out will not be over before hundreds of paper-based newspapers die. Subscriptions since 1990 have been steadily falling at 1% per year. This has now risen to over 5% in some cases.
Beginning in the late nineteenth century, large-circulation urban newspapers shaped local public opinion in America. There were many papers, morning and evening, and each one represented one of the two major political parties. Then came radio and television, both regulated by the Federal Communications Commission, which controlled frequencies and station broadcasting power. Now the Web and for-pay satellite TV and radio have unplugged power from the FCC. The FCC legally regulates the content of only the no-pay airwaves. It does not regulate the Web at all.
Politicians in the two parties have built their power base on the basis of controlling local media. Today, local media are dying: newspapers and local TV stations. Broadcasting is dying; narrowcasting is replacing it. This will force a re-structuring of American politics.
LOCALISM IS DYING
Two competing social forces are now moving in opposite directions. Retail outlets along the main drag in every city are going national: Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Office Depot, etc. Locally owned retailers of physical stuff are disappearing. Price competition is killing them.
At the same time, information is decentralizing. Choices are decentralizing. These are aspects of the same trend: anti-localism. The decentralization of information is virtual, not geographical. It is the radical decentralization of the Drudge Report: straight into a guy’s apartment in Hollywood. It bypasses regions, states, and townships. His apartment could be located anywhere. When information can come from anywhere and be delivered to anywhere at the same monetary price – zero – geography ceases to matter. We live in an information-centered age. So, we no longer live in a geography-centered age. This has never happened before. We are entering uncharted social waters.
"What’s that noise?"
Localism is fading: local loyalties, local politics, local schools. Higher levels of government absorb our tax money. Textbooks are produced nationally. Local school boards are impotent. Local politics gets the leftovers.
When I want to buy a new product, I go onto the Web and read reviews. Then I use the Web to find the cheapest seller. For electronics, the seller is usually located in the northeast, probably in New York City, and is not open on Saturdays. (The seller is not a Seventh-Day Adventist.) What do I care? To save 20%, I’ll buy on Thursday. Besides, I can order on-line 24x7. The phrase "24x7" is a sign of the times. Locally owned stores are not open 24x7. Web-based digital shopping carts are.
Regionalism is also fading. People are mobile. They move every five years. They do not establish local loyalties, which are costly to break. The ties that bind no longer bind very efficiently – in housing, occupations, regions, or marriage.
Regional mobility has been going on in the United States ever since the earliest days. Free land meant the move west. The kids got in a wagon and moved away . . . forever. Opportunity in America has always trumped regional loyalty in the long run. Regional loyalties have faded with every reduction in transportation costs. U-Haul and Ryder have done their work well.
The South will not rise again. Similarly, the yankees of New England have not visibly run the country since Jack Kennedy died. They do it indirectly. After Lyndon Johnson, the Texas presidents have been ersatz: both Bushes are of Connecticut stock, by way of Yale University and Brown Brothers, Harriman, the investment banking firm. George W. Bush bought his Crawford, Texas ranch in 1999 in preparation for the 2000 Presidential campaign. I call it "Potemkin Ranch." Here is a man who could afford to buy 2.5 square miles of land 25 miles from Waco – not exactly prairie dog country. The mainstream media never bothered to point out these incongruities. That is why they are mainstream.
When I say that the South will not rise again, I don’t mean the old commitment of the South: resistance to centralized government. That idea is spreading as never before by means of the Web. It just isn’t associated with a region any longer.
This is not just an American phenomenon. It is becoming universal. The gatekeepers of every national government are on the defensive. The gates cannot easily keep out electronic digits. The gatekeepers have lost power ever since the invention of the printing press. They could exercise some control over printing presses, ink, and paper. They cannot control electronic digits.
Our political world will change, even as our retailing world has changed. When it becomes obvious to voters that Washington, without robbing us blind, can no longer supply the stolen money with which it has bribed us for 90 years, mainstream politics will suffer a blow comparable to what the mainstream media are suffering.
NEWSLETTERS ARE MORPHING INTO WEBSITES
I mentioned that by 2000, I had cancelled all paper-based communications except for newsletters. They, too, are changing. They are dying off along with their editors.
My favorite newsletter, Otto Scott’s Compass, ceased publication in January, 2005. Mr. Scott, now in his mid-eighties, could no longer write it. His daughters placed him in a rest home. My second favorite newsletter, Hilaire du Barrier’s report on European affairs, ceased publication a year ago when the editor, age 94, died. Neither man was famous. Both were lifelong journalists. Hilaire du Barrier was not a well-known journalist. Yet I honestly believe that any historian who tries to write about European affairs, 1945 to 2004, who does not have a set of Hilaire’s newsletters will not get the story right.
Hilaire was an upstream media man. He had been captured by the Japanese in 1941 in French Indo-China. He had been tortured for two weeks. He did not reveal anything about the network of French spies he knew about. After the war, they reciprocated. He had a network of informants like no other journalist I ever met. Yet he was always in the upstream. Almost no one knew about him.
A couple of years before he died, I persuaded a friend of his to put all of his reports on a CD-ROM. At some point, this CD-ROM will go on-line. Of this, I am sure. Then his life’s work will get the readers it always deserved. The story of the insider’s creation of the New Europe will then get the distribution it deserves.
The gatekeepers have a problem. The insiders have a problem. The story is getting out. As it gets out, political loyalties fade. The European Union was sold to the voters by Jean Monnet and his successors on the basis of greater economic opportunity, not the benefits of a new political loyalty. There is still little political grass-roots loyalty to the European Union. France will probably vote against the new 230-page EU constitution. Anyway, I hope so.
Websites are replacing paper-based newsletters. The flow of non-approved information is becoming a torrent. This undermines consensus. This process includes political consensus.
Think of what home schooling means for the intellectual consensus. Think of the threat to the Powers That Be. The cost of textbook production has kept upstream interpretations away from most students. But now home school curriculum developers can get new views to millions of students by way of CD-ROM and the Internet. Parents who are sufficiently upstream to have pulled their children out of America’s only established church – the public school system – are ready to consider new interpretations. This is driving the academic gatekeepers crazy. Their monopoly over the media is fading. Now their near-monopoly over tax-funded education is slipping.
CAMPUS FOLLIES
Today, American higher education absorbs something in the range of a third of a trillion dollars a year, and this is rising by about 7% a year – the sign of government-enforced monopoly. The government-supervised college accrediting system keeps out price competition. It also keeps upstream opinions out of most colleges. But this monopoly is producing the familiar result: falling standards and falling output.
The young wife of a college professor (engineering) I know told me that at the college, where she is finishing her bachelor’s degree in June, several of her professors in the social sciences will not accept as valid any citation from a Web site that does not end in .gov. These people are crazy leftists. I mean really crazy – over the top Democrats and statists who honestly believe that their students are being corrupted by non-.gov political Websites. They are trying to keep students away from non-government-approved digits. They really are crazy. They have lost touch with reality. They are tax-subsidized nut cases.
In January, I visited an old friend who teaches history at an obscure state university. He and I were teaching assistants in the Western civilization program at the University of California, Riverside, in the late 1960s. That was back when all college grads had to take a class in Western civilization: dreary, long-dead days indeed.
For 35 years, I have recalled that when he could not decide what grade to give a student exam, he would have me read it. This was always an A/B decision. Invariably, I could not help him. I always graded it the same way: right on the dividing line. Yet he was a New Deal Democrat, and I thought Reagan was a sell-out. (I voted for William Penn Patrick in the 1966 Republican gubernatorial primary.) We had the same sense of what constituted student competence. That world of semi-objective standards is gone – buried in waves of political correctness.
He told me that his students today are extremely well-versed in digital research. They have grown up with the Internet. But, he said, there are two major problems: (1) they cannot evaluate the truth of what they read; (2) they are prone to submitting term papers that they have bought on-line.
So, we are seeing the result the triumph of official relativism in academia: "There is no objective truth." The students have bought the academic party line. They respond accordingly: (1) "One opinion is as good as another." (2) "A purchased term paper may be worth the money and risk." The Web is filled with conflicting opinions and cheap term papers.
Problem: in engineering and architecture, this outlook can lead to collapsing structures.
THE POOL OF TALENT
Year by year, a third of the labor pool emerges with a college degree. Most of these degrees are in the humanities and social sciences.
Meanwhile, China produces over 450,000 college graduates a year in science and engineering – as many scientists and engineers as the United States has, total. Then, next year, China will do it again.
There are teamwork issues here. There are also cultural mindsets. If I were an American manufacturer, I would rather employ a team of scientists and engineers that individually graduated from American colleges and whose members are entrepreneurial. Progress in commercial product development is not just a matter of individual competence in surviving formal education, based mainly on skill in mathematics. But as the comparative supply of such graduates shrinks in the United States, and as the American tradition of entrepreneurship invades Asia – as it is invading – there will come a time when wage competition from Asia will undermine the competitive advantage enjoyed today by teams of scientists in the United States. Even if companies develop products here, they will have them produced off shore. Only the most creative science grads will be amply rewarded here for product development. Civil engineers – road-builders – will have an advantage based on geography. Electrical engineers won’t.
Until the year 2001, Asia sent its best graduate students to study in the United States. The post 9/11 tightening of immigration standards (not on the border with Mexico, of course), coupled with the new prestige of Asian technical training, has reduced the percentage of foreign graduate students in American universities. This has never happened before in the post World War II era.
CONCLUSION
Mainstream media are losing to upstream media. This is eroding consensus among readers and TV viewers. Cable and satellite TV are undermining the networks. The Web is undermining the newspapers. Narrowcasting is undermining broadcasting. Home schools are undermining the tax-funded schools, though only at the fringes. Only the colleges seem immune, where government control is greatest. But they are becoming a laughingstock, even though parents still shell out far more than they need to (at least three times more) by sending their children off to college. Parents who know the system can get their kids through school for under $15,000 – maybe as little as $10,000 – which means that the kids can pay for their college educations by working part-time. The Establishment is on the defensive even in the halls of ivy.
This is becoming clear: price competition is now unstoppable. If you are not in a position to sell something cheaper, you are in big trouble. This fact is killing the mainstream media, which lost its ability to compete after 80 years of government regulation and protection. It is going to kill every other cozy little arrangement with the state.
Sell services, not stuff. Sell services locally, where Chinese college graduates cannot compete. Sell information, where Chinese college graduates cannot compete . . . and not many American college graduates can, either.
This is the era in which everything mainstream is hitting the rapids. The mainstreamers thought they were cruising up a lazy river. They weren’t.

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – It’s a frightening thought. It seems stalkers have gone high tech, and you may not even know it's going on.
It's become so prevalent, law enforcement has a name for it – cell phone stalking.
It's easy to do. All the bad guy needs is some sort of access to your cell phone, a computer, and about 30 minutes to make you his next stalking victim.
The following story is a demonstration of how this has become a cruel reality.
A young lady named Sara has a stalker. His name is Jimmy, and he'll do anything to track her down.
So Jimmy bought and installed a spyware program and installed it on Sara's phone. Now when Sara uses her Blackberry, he’ll know it.
When Sara texts her friend Allison "meet here for pizza after work," Jimmy is sitting outside in his truck.
He has a computer that notifies him of her texts and calls, so Jimmy gets the message too.
He knows she'll meet Allison. He knows they're going to the riverfront. He knows they're going for pizza.
But Sara doesn't have a clue.
Digital Forensic Program Developer Steve Hickey helped us with this demonstration.
“You don't need to be super high tech at all. Anyone can do it, if they're comfortable operating a phone,” he said.
Steve says spyware is becoming more and more popular and easy to use.
Within a half-hour, Steve has the spyware installed on our test phone. It was very simple and works all-to-well.
Sara and Allison are on their way to eat pizza. Sara’s phone is sitting in the seat, and Jimmy is still on the hunt.
But he doesn't need to follow her. With the spyware, he can activate her phone and it instantly becomes a speaker. So as Sara and Allison drive, Jimmy can hear what they're saying.
At the garage where Sara parks her car, Jimmy is waiting. Across the street from the restaurant, he watches and listens as Sara talks about her husband going out of town.
He hears Sara ask Allison to check on her dogs, and soon learns the security code to Sara’s home.
And when Sara says she’s a little tired, he hears his window of opportunity for the evening.
Jimmy watches the two depart. He knows he can beat Sara back to her car, and he has the element of surprise because Sara never knew she was being stalked.
While this story is just a demonstration, law enforcement says that's how it happens.
Spyware can be installed on any Internet-based phone, like the Blackberry or Iphone.

I heard on the radio this morning ( I no longer watch TV since they changed over to digital, Quad S mind control technology on June 12, 2009) that today, November 10, is the scheduled execution date of the "DC Beltway Sniper", John Allen Muhammad. I heard one news commentator report that Muhammad "has never confessed to the crimes or has shown any remorse" and was "muttering" something about "deep conspiracy", which "no one seems to understand." I can certainly understand the latter comment since government mind controlled patsies rarely turn out to be the most articulate of pedagogues when burdened with the task of explaining the intricacies, methodology, and motivations of those who were responsible for setting him up as a patsy. I also heard another radio station report that "there never was a white van", and only Muhammad's blue Chevy Caprice was involved in the shootings. Right.
That's roughly equivalent to the main stream news reports in the past few days that echo this mantra: "there were no other gunmen involved in the Fort Hood shooting as first reported". It should also be kept in mind that an Army General told reporters on the day of the shootings (November 5) that the "Fort Hood Shooter", Dr. Nadal Malik Hasan, was DEAD and a day or so later, he turns up ALIVE and breathing on a ventilator, and as of yesterday was "able to talk".
Right.
Let's start with the "DC Sniper" patsy. Was he involved in any of the shootings?
I don't know, but he was set up to LOOK like the shooter, so perhaps he was programmed to shoot one of "his" victims, but I doubt it. I somehow have the feeling that they couldn't depend on his marksmanship to do the job in any event (ten people died and three were wounded), so I doubt that he was responsible for any of the shootings. There was a TEAM of PROFESSIONALS involved in these sniper shootings (ergo the the vanishing "white van" story).
Who, you may ask? Again, I don't know, but I'm going to guess that the CIA was involved, since the Nazi International are in control of the CIA (and always have been since its inception) and these guys have a thing for sensational street killings of innocent people (or perhaps intended marks; it's hard to know). Eric Orion, who wrote a very interesting on-line book called The Bush Connection, talked to ex-Nazi Commando Otto Skorzeny in December of 1999, and Skorzeny told him that the mysterious "Zodiac Killer" was none other than a very well known Nazi by the name of Dr. Josef Mengele (Yes, I know. We've been told that Mengele died on a beach in Bertioga, Brazil in 1979 and his body was later exhumed in 1985 and forensic tests demonstrated with a "high probability" that it was Mengele. There's even a lengthy book written by a CIA contract writer that lays out all the details. Mengele's identity was finally "confirmed" in 1992 with DNA tests, according to his son Rolf. It's a very nice story, but unfortunately, none of it is true. Mengele is still alive today and living in the United States. His last known alias was Steve Rabel according to Eric Orion via Otto Skorzeny).
Muhammad's ex-wife was likely killed to cement the cover story that Muhammad did it to get custody of his kids.
The younger man, Lee Boyd Malvo supposedly killed an FBI analyst by the name of Linda Franklin outside a home in Fairfax, Virginia and she might be part of the the reason for the set up. Malvo was obviously given a deal to spare his life: rat out Muhammad. He told the jury whatever prosecutors told him to tell the jury.
Why the set up? Maybe taking out people like FBI analyst Franklin was part of it or maybe it was a psyops to get us all shook up about how "unsafe" things are in American in the wake of 9-11 or maybe it was another case of running up the body count to get gun control installed, since most instances of "lone nut" (or "nuts" in the case of Columbine) shooting sprees in America are the result of mind control programming.
I found John Muhammad's letter to the judge, dated May 8, 2008, telling. Here is what he said using his spelling, without corrections:

My name is John A Muhammad and I'm writting this letter of mine own free will- I've talked to mine new lawyer Mr. J. Connell (in the same law office of Devine, Connell + Jon Sheldon P.L.C) and Mr. Connell has inform me that the appeal will Reflect all the "Exculpatory Evidence" (that you'll in Va. didn't give Peter D. Greenspun and Jonathan Shapiro + Christie A. Leary, to prove mine innocent and the Judge in Maryland didn't let mine lawyers use it even though they had it) of mine innocent and what Really happen and what you'll knew and know-But lied to the America People about-So all you Police and Presecuters can stand-down - !!Rashing!! [probably meant Rushing, but seems to use an "a" in the spelling] to murdering this innocent Black man-for something he nor his son (Lee) had nothing to do with, you'll will have more than enough time to murder this innocent Black man (without me giving -up-the fight for mine innocent). Once you'll get these Judges to say no to all mine appeal - no matter what the facts are that you'll knowingly lied on two innocent Black men-so until then Lets fight some more about you'll know, Lies [wavy arrow line] Muhammad innocent and Back to the fight-and still on Death Row!
P.S. So if you'll can pass this on to the Judge in mine fereal appeal I will be Thankful!"

Muhammad was probably programmed while in the military. News articles about him that describe him as a Gulf War veteran with a "gentle personality." People who ruthlessly shoot down strangers in the street usually don't have "gentle personalities".
Whoever takes the time to pour through all of the early articles about the shootings and carefully reads the court transcripts and the testimony of people who knew Muhammad will find enough clues to point to this guy's set up. There's little question in my mind that he's a patsy. Of course, that won't help him, I'm sorry to say, but the truth may eventually be known. We should say a prayer for this man. It's bad enough to face an execution, but if you're innocent, it's a heavy burden to carry into the next life.
Ironic that they should execute one patsy today, while we have yet another government patsy being blamed for the Fort Hood shootings in just the past few days. I'm just guessing, but I have to assume that an Army General knows the difference between a man who is dead and one who is alive and would not go on national TV to explain what happened at Fort Hood unless he knew the difference. While a gas station attendant might get the facts wrong, I don't think an Army General who has the responsibility to relay the story to the media would get such an important "fact" wrong. Either the original Hasan was killed and we are now dealing with a double (or a clone), or we may be dealing with a dead man who they are now telling us is alive and "talking", but who may soon expire (a week, a month, two months?) from "complications" due to his "medical condition", yada, yada.
Every factoid about the Fort Hood shootings reeks with cover-up. Don Nicoloff revealed the most likely scenario that happened there during his November 5 , 2009 radio interview with Drew Raines. Don read a hot-off-the-press story from Christopher Story in England that tells a completely different story than what we are being fed from main stream. It seems that a great deal of gold was removed from Fort Hood on November 5, 2009. The players involved the Bush family and there was evidently a gun battle. The "confusion" and chaos of the Dr. Nadal Malik Hasan "lone nut" shootings was a necessary diversion to conceal what really happened.
Here are a few notes from an e-mail Don Nicoloff sent to me yesterday about Dr. Nadal Malik Hasan:
" Nadal Malik Hasan graduated from VIRGINIA TECH earning a Biochemistry Degree at the Center for Applied Behavior Systems, a US Psychological Warfare Training Center. Remember the VIRGINIA TECH Massacre?

He received his medical degree from the military's Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda , MD. , in 2001, home of MK-ULTRA, the USA 's Mind Control covert program.

Before I begin to look at his role as a psychiatrist, I want to confirm that Major Nidal Malik Hasan was driven by religious ideology. For years he openly claimed that the War on Terror is a war on Muslims. He announced on the Internet and to his fellow soldiers in a course on public health that a Muslim suicide bomber should be praised for killing a hundred soldiers. It's reported that fellow soldiers warned his superiors that he was a ticking time bomb.
One wonders how and why the army failed to relieve him from active duty. One ridiculous explanation is that they had a lot invested him--his complete medical and psychiatric training. Much more likely, the army was hamstrung by the political correctness that's been imposed upon it.
Let's also see through yet another media smoke screen--that Hasan was more a crazy person than a terrorist. During the American revolution Samuel Adams pointed out that he'd never seen a man commit treason without first losing his moral footing in his personal life. As for being a victim of prejudice, Hasan was instead a provocateur whom the army tried to ignore. Hasan is not only a terrorist, he's a traitor--a man who turned on his nation; on the army that nurtured, educated and paid him; and on his comrades in arms.
Not Surprised He's a PsychiatristSome in the media have expressed surprise that a man whose profession is about caring would turn to violence. According to one theory, poor Dr. Hasan was driven to the breaking point by the stress of counseling returning soldiers and having to listen to their horrific stories. Totally false. Psychiatrists are no longer trained to listen to or to counsel their patients. Nor do they care to.
I've given seminars to the staff at both hospitals where Hasan was trained, Walter Reed in DC and the national military medical center in Bethesda, Maryland. The psychiatrists had no interest in anything except medicating their patients.
Modern psychiatry is not about counseling and empowering people. It's about controlling and suppressing them, and that's a dismal affair for patients and doctors alike. The armed forces have been taken in by the false claims of modern psychiatry.
By contrast, it's not depressing to do psychotherapy or counseling. As therapists, it's inspiring when people entrust their feelings and their life stories to us. There is no burn out when therapists feel concern and empathy for their patients and help them to find the strength and direction to reclaim their lives.
But being an ordinary psychiatrist is deadly depressing. Psychiatrists routinely commit spiritual murder by disregarding and suppressing their patients' feelings and even their cognitive functions, making it impossible for them to conquer to their emotional struggles. It's no wonder my colleagues have such high suicide and drug addiction rates.
Before Hasan became a murderer, he was a toxic agent stifling the morale of his patients by empathizing with their enemies rather than with them. The army needs to investigate the evil impact that this man must have had on the hundreds of soldiers he discouraged and drugged. He probably made his own personal contribution to the rising suicide rate among soldiers.
The most recent data show that soldiers are being snowed under not only with antidepressants and tranquilizers, but increasingly with antipsychotic drugs like Risperdal, Zyprexa, Geodon and Seroquel. To cover up their own therapeutic impotence, psychiatrists chemically suppress our troops and push them back onto the front lines. That's the kind of poisonous psychiatry that Hasan was practicing in combination with his poisonous ideology.
Self-Medication Rates Among PsychiatristsPsychiatrists are notorious for treating themselves with psychiatric drugs. They have them freely available and they simply don't know anything different. The odds are that Dr. Hasan was self-medicating with antidepressants and tranquilizers that were causing his increasing disinhibition, at least in his pronouncements, until his final Allahu Akbar before he began shooting.
In my book Medication Madness I describe dozens of cases that I have personally evaluated involving relatively normal individuals who committed murder, mayhem and suicide while taking psychiatric drugs, especially antidepressants and tranquilizers. One of these cases involves a psychiatrist who began by self-medicating himself, then came under another psychiatrist's care who continued to give him antidepressants, until he ended up in a manic state assaulting a helpless woman. Before being driven mad by antidepressants, he was a relatively stable and highly accomplished doctor with no special inclination toward violence. These psychiatric drugs will have an even greater triggering effect on someone like Hasan who was already ideologically and psychologically primed to explode in violence.Failing to Identify His DangerousnessDr. Bart Billings is the founder and director of the premier International Combat Stress Conference, where I made a presentation last year. Dr. Billings, a retired colonel, is not surprised that Hasan's psychiatric colleagues failed to realize how crazy and ideologically menacing he had become. Dr. Billings confirms that army psychiatrists are nothing more than pill pushers who have no idea how to evaluate anyone's mental condition. He also agrees that it's criminal to prescribe psychiatric drugs to active duty soldiers, increasing the risk that they will break under stress and lose their self-control.
I want to conclude with a few thoughts. First, Major Hasan is a domestic terrorist and a traitor. Second, he's a madman--and that doesn't contradict his identity as a terrorist and a traitor. Third, there's nothing incompatible about being a psychiatrist and being a violent person.
Modern psychiatry is a violent and suppressive profession whose values are alien to the liberty and responsibility advocated by our Founders and upheld by our armed services. It's time for the army to reject the false promises and damaging effects of modern psychiatry, and to focus on psychological, educational and moral approaches that genuinely help soldiers to prepare for and to overcome the effects of combat stress.
